Where to Share AI Music: Every Option That Allows It (2026)

The best places to share AI music in 2026 are the communities around the tools themselves (Suno's and Udio's sites and Discord servers, r/SunoAI and r/udiomusic), the short-video apps (TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels, with AI labels where required), and Spotify and other streaming services through a distributor, if your plan gives you commercial rights. SoundCloud and YouTube also accept AI music under their normal rules. Bandcamp does not.

Below: where to post, upload and publish AI music, which places ban it, and how to share it without getting flagged.

Where to post AI music: social and video

For reach, post where people scroll:

  • TikTok. TikTok requires creators to label AI-generated content that contains realistic images, audio or video, using the AI-generated content setting when posting. Its help page says the label won't affect a video's distribution as long as the post follows the Community Guidelines.
  • YouTube and Shorts. In YouTube Studio, answer Yes under AI use when GenAI music is the main focus. YouTube says disclosure alone won't limit the audience or the video's eligibility to earn money.
  • Instagram Reels. Meta requires you to use its AI disclosure when you post photorealistic video or realistic-sounding audio that was digitally created or altered, and says it may apply penalties if you don't.

Post the hook, not the whole song: a 15–30 second clip of the chorus travels further than a link. The posting plan is in how to make an AI song go viral on TikTok.

Where to upload AI music: hosting

  • SoundCloud accepts AI-generated content as long as it follows its Community Guidelines and Terms of Use, including the ban on impersonating other artists. Free accounts can upload up to 2 hours of audio in total.
  • YouTube doubles as a free audio host: a simple visualizer or lyric video is enough.
  • Your generator's own page. Suno songs are private or link-only by default; switch a song to Public and it can be featured on Suno's home page and in playlists. Udio says you can keep sharing songs through udio.com links, which anyone can open, even without an account.

Where to publish AI music: Spotify and streaming

To publish on Spotify, Apple Music and the rest, you need a distributor and the right to commercialize the song. On Suno, songs made on the free plan are for personal, non-commercial use and can't be monetized, while songs made on Pro or Premier come with commercial use rights. Udio lists audio, video and stem downloads as disabled since its Universal Music partnership, so there's currently no file to distribute.

Once a song is live, Spotify allows AI music, but profiles whose public identity is an AI-generated photorealistic person carry an AI Persona badge and are kept out of editorial and algorithmic recommendations unless a listener follows or otherwise engages with them. Details: is AI music allowed on Spotify and DistroKid and AI music.

AI music communities on Reddit and Discord

These are real, active communities built around AI music tools (Discord sizes checked in October 2026):

  • Suno Discord (suno.com/discord): Suno's official server, about 390,000 members. Suno's help center sends creators there to connect; it's peer-to-peer, not official support.
  • Udio Discord (discord.gg/udio): about 16,000 members.
  • r/udiomusic (reddit.com/r/udiomusic): the subreddit Udio links from its own help center.
  • r/SunoAI (reddit.com/r/SunoAI): a large subreddit for Suno users.

Read the rules before you post. Most communities keep self-promotion to specific channels or weekly threads, and some general music communities don't allow AI-generated music at all. Give feedback before you ask for it.

The best place to share AI music depends on your goal

Your goalBest place
Honest feedbackFeedback channels in the Suno and Udio communities; blind listener votes
New listenersTikTok, Shorts and Reels, with the hook in the first seconds
RoyaltiesSpotify and other services through a distributor (commercial rights required)
A ranking you can showA public leaderboard built on real votes

AI songs often get shared only among other creators. HOOKFIGHTS puts a released AI song in front of listeners instead: you enter the hook for free, a person reviews it (usually within 48 hours), and it battles other hooks in the same language league in daily blind votes, with results on the public rankings. Votes cast faster than anyone could listen are set aside, and final tallies show how many votes were removed.

Where not to share AI music

  • Bandcamp. Since January 13, 2026, music and audio generated wholly or in substantial part by AI is not permitted, and Bandcamp reserves the right to remove music it suspects is AI-generated.
  • SubmitHub, for fully AI tracks. Since September 9, 2026, songs its detector rates 85% or more likely AI, or that you declare fully AI, can't be sent to curators. Hybrids below that threshold are still accepted.
  • Anywhere, with someone else's voice or name. Unauthorized AI voice clones and impersonation break Spotify's and SoundCloud's rules.

How to share your AI music the right way

  1. Disclose in your bio and with each platform's AI label.
  2. Credit the human work. If you wrote the lyrics or arranged the song, say so.
  3. Lead with the hook. A short clip of the chorus gets more plays than a full-song link.
  4. Ask for something specific. "Which chorus is stronger, A or B?" gets answers; "check out my song" gets ignored.
  5. Tailor each post. Don't paste the same message into every community on the same day.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best place to share AI music?

It depends on the goal: TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels for new listeners, the Suno and Udio communities for feedback, and Spotify and other services through a distributor for royalties.

Can I upload AI music to Spotify?

Yes, through a distributor, as long as you hold the rights; on Suno, only songs made on a Pro or Premier plan come with commercial use rights. Spotify prohibits unauthorized voice impersonation and filters spam such as mass uploads and duplicates.

Is there a Reddit for AI music?

Yes. r/SunoAI and r/udiomusic are the main subreddits for Suno and Udio users, and Udio links r/udiomusic from its own help center. Check each subreddit's self-promotion rules before posting.

Does Bandcamp allow AI music?

No. Since January 2026, Bandcamp doesn't permit music or audio generated wholly or in substantial part by AI.

How do I share Udio songs now that downloads are off?

Udio says you can keep sharing songs through udio.com links, which anyone can open. Its help center lists audio, video and stem downloads as disabled.
